Spend With Pennies: Delicious Zucchini Appetizer

I found this incredible recipe after this post. I bought a ton of zucchini’s and wanted to find yummy ways to cook them. After a bit of googling, I struck gold!

Eating a diverse selection of foods is so important for our gut bacteria! And zucchini’s are one of those veggies I don’t eat too often.
